Block Board Bwp Grade
Swadesh Block Board is a lumber-core board made from blocks of wood as per IS: 1659:2004 and available in three grades with usage depending upon the end use of the product.
BWP exterior grade commercial type Block Board made of 100% Meghalayan pine woods frame and fillers bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin as per IS:848, hot pressed with a Combination of Gurjan face veneer and preservative treated cross core & panes core in both side as per IS specifications.
BWP exterior grade commercial type Block Board made of high density Hard woods frame and fillers bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin as per IS:848 fortified with glue line preservative, hot pressed with a combination of Gurjan face veneer, cross core & panel core in both side IS specifications.
MR inferior grade commercial type Block Board made of Hard woods frame and fillers bonded with melamine formaldehyde synthetic resin fortified with glue line preservative, hot pressed with a combination of Gurjan face veneer, Cross Core & panel Core in both side IS specifications.

It is carpenter friendly, easy on tools and excellent screws and nails holding capacity.

It is made of kiln seasoned and chemically treated durable species of timbers only.

It has a warp free smooth Surface, free from Corrugation and gaps.

It is dimensionally Stable and highly resistant to termites and other wood-destroying organisms.
