Warranty Letter

Swadesh Plywoods warrants that the products that are being manufactured and distributed by Swadesh Plywoods Pvt. Ltd. are completely protected against attack by Fungus, Termites and Boror.

In case of any complaint, the authorised representatives will be deputed for physical inspection of allegedly damaged portion of the Swadesh products at the place where it has been utilised. The customer will have to produce the proof of pruchase (Bill/Cash memo/Invoice etc.), issued by either M/s. Swadesh Plywoods Pvt. Ltd., or by its authorised dealers.

Equal quantity of the material which has been actually damaged will be replaced after the satisfactory proof of the product being the Swadesh brand is ascertained, once the samples of damaged portion are collected and analysed.

The warranty is not applicable if the product has been used along with other brand products while making furniture or if it has been stored in continuously damp places or in a borer infected area.
Swadesh Plywoods Pvt. Ltd. does not make responsibility for any kind of financial claims and is liable to replace their own material which is actually found to be defective or damaged.
